摘要
砬子沟电站为辽宁省丹东市境内蒲石河流域阶梯开发的中间一级。砬子沟电站地处山区为闸坝径流式水电站。砬子沟水电站工程的开发任务是以发电为主,兼有养殖、旅游等综合效益的枢纽工程。通过计算,电站最大水头9.7m,最小水头6.5m。根据同一条河流阶梯式开发上下游引用流量匹配的原则,选择单机设计引用流量分别为14.20m3/s(大机组)、9.39 m3/s(小机组)。单机装机容量为1000kW的机组两台和单机装机容量为630kW的机组两台,即装机总容量确定为3260kW。本文根据该工程所处的地理位置、地质条件、水力条件及结合施工条件论述河床式电站厂房工程等别的确定,厂房布置及结构尺寸的确定,水轮机机组安装高程的确定。通过对厂房各个阶段的分析总结,归纳出6种对厂房稳定最不利工况,并对最不利工况下厂房稳定进行计算分析。
Lazigou River hydropower station is at the middle position of the cascade development in Pushi River Basin in Dandong of Liaoning Province.Lazigou River hydropower station is located in a mountainous area.It belongs to the gate-dam type run-of-river hydropower station.The main development task of Lazigou river hydropower station is to generate electricity,and it also brings aquaculture,tourism and other comprehensive benefits.Based on principles of upstream and downstream reference flow matching in the cascade development of the same river,the maximum head was 9.7 meters,and the minimum head was 6.5meters by computing.select the unit design reference flow were 14.20m3/s(large unit),9.39m3/s(small unit).Two sets installed capacity of 1000 kW and two sets installed capacity of630 kW were selected.The total installed capacity was set at 3260 kW.According to the location of the project,geological conditions and hydraulic conditions combined with the construction conditions,the methods for determining classification of the run-of-river power station,power plant arrangement and structure sizes,installation elevation of the hydraulic turbine unit were discussed.Through the analysis and summary in all stages of the power plant from the construction to the completion,6kinds of the most unfavorable conditions for the stability of the power plant were summed up.And the stability of the power plant in the most unfavorable conditions was calculated and analyzed.
