摘要
以玉米皮渣为原料,采用固态及液态发酵的方式进行食用菌培养,通过直尺测量及高效液相色谱分析等方法测定了杨树菇、杏鲍菇、山鸡1号、毛木耳、鸡腿菇等食药用真菌在玉米皮渣培养基中的生长及产酶情况。结果表明:试验中各菌株均可在玉米皮渣培养基中生长,其中榆黄蘑、白玉菇、金针菇、山鸡1号等生长速度超过了其在PDA培养基中生长速度;试验用各菌均有纤维素C1酶、木聚糖酶等生成,毛木耳是纤维素C1酶和木聚糖酶活性均较高的菌株,其次是海鲜菇,金针菇的纤维素C1酶和木聚糖酶活性均最低;各菌均未见阿魏酸酯酶的生成。各菌株发酵液中阿魏酰低聚糖含量不同,以海鲜菇发酵液中最高,为1 516.81μmol/L,这与其分泌胞外酶直接相关。
Taking maize bran as test material,the growth rate was observed and enzyme activity of the experimental strains was determined by the method of HPLC.The results showed that edible mushroom grew well in maize bran medium,and Pleurotus citrinopileatus,Hypsizygus marmoreus,Flammulina velutiper and Copyinds comatus grew better in maize bran medium than they grew in PDA medium.All the experimental strains could secret cellulase C1 and xylanase,and could not secret ferulic acid esterase.The activities of these enzymes were different from each other.Auricularia polytrichasecreted the highest activity of cellulase C1 and xylanase,and then was Hypsizygus marmoreus,the last was Flammulina velutiper.Feruloyl Oligosaccharides(FOs)could be detected in the fermentation broth of these strains,and the yield 1 516.81μmol/L in fermentation broth of Hypsizygus marmoreus was the highest than others.
