经眉切口额部除皱同期行提眉术临床应用效果观察

The clinical observation of forehead rhytidectomy and brow elevation through the brow incision

目的:探寻共用切口行额部除皱术同时行提眉术以改善眉部下垂的手术方法。方法:经眉部切口离断额肌去除额部皱纹,离断皱眉肌和降眉肌以去除眉间纹,提紧去除眉部皮肤以纠正上睑皮肤松弛状况同时减少鱼尾纹。结果:本组22例,经手术矫治后均对术前衰老症状有所改善,其中3例有轻微并发症,经对症处理后消失。结论:此方法简单有效,综合改善效果明显,选择合适适应证后可推广使用。

Objective To research the methods for improve brow ptosis with forehead rhytidetomy and brow elevation by share incision. Methods The frontalis muscles,corrugated and procerus muscles can be severed through the eyebrow incision to eliminate the wrinkle of the forehead and frown lines. The skin above the brow can be resected to improve the brow posies and crows feet. Results 22 patients have been improved preperative symptoms of aging effectively by this operation, three of them got slight complications but that were cured afterward. Conclusion The operation is simple and effect with remarkable results and should be popularized after appropriate indications were selected.
