鼻息肉术后囊泡组织中微血管密度及血管内皮生长因子在上皮化进程中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨微血管密度(MVD)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在鼻息肉患者鼻内镜术后囊泡组织中的表达及意义。方法:选取40例慢性鼻息肉患者(80侧)为研究对象,实验组为术后鼻腔刮除的囊泡组织,对照组为术中鼻息肉组织、下鼻甲组织,比较各组MVD和VEGF阳性区域平均光密度的表达水平,并分析二者在囊泡组织中的相关性。结果:MVD在鼻息肉组织、囊泡组织及下鼻甲组织中依次增高,各组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF的阳性区域的平均光密度在鼻息肉组织、囊泡组织及下鼻甲组织中依次降低,各组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);囊泡中MVD与VEGF阳性区域的平均光密度呈负相关。结论:MVD和VEGF的动态变化可以作为鼻内镜术后粘膜预后转归的监测指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Microvessel Density(MVD) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF) in the vesicles tissue after endoscopic polypectomy. Methods Forty patients(80 sides) with chronic nasal polyps were included.The vesicles tissue removed from nasal cavity after the operation was collected as experimental group, while the control group encompassed nasal polyps and inferior turbinate tissue.Then compare MVD and the expression levels of average optical density in the positive area in both two groups and analyse their relations in vesicles tissue. Results MVD in the nasal polyps,the vesicle tissue and inferior turbinate tissues were gradually increased,among of which the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The average optical density of VEGF in the positive area in nasal polyps,the vesicle organization and inferior turbinate decreased in turn, where the difference was also statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was negative correlation between the average optical density of MVD and VEGF in positive regions. Conclusion The dynamic changes of the MVD and VEGF can be used as indicators to monitor the outcome of mucosa prognosis after endoscopic sinus surgery
