摘要
目的:提高烧伤整形外科临床医学专业实习生临床实际应用能力,改进烧伤整形外科临床教学效果。方法:选择2014年1-12月在我科实习的临床医学专业本科实习生60名,于入科和出科时分别进行两次烧伤整形外科临床能力评分,一个月实习期间进行针对性教学,比较两次评分结果。结果:实习生出科时临床能力评分显著高于入科时,差异具有统计学意义。结论:烧伤整形外科针对性教学,对实习生烧伤整形外科基础知识的实际应用和烧伤整形整体诊疗思路的建立,均有积极作用,显著提高了烧伤整形外科实习效果。
Objective To improve clinical medicine interns application ability and teaching effects. Methods We selected 60 clinical medicine interns who practiced in our department from Jan. to Dec. in 2014, and these interns accepted twice assessment at the beginning and the end of internship respectively. During the one month, we gave these interns burn and plastic surgery clinical special teaching and compare the two assessment scores. Results The assessment score of internship end was obvious higher than internship beginning and the assessment scores between beginning and end of internship have obvious difference. Conclusion This teaching methods can help clinical medicine interns in enhancing their practical ability of basics and leading ways of thinking, which will increase practice result in Burn and Plastic Surgery.
