舒适护理在腓浅动脉穿支皮瓣修复下肢严重创伤软组织缺损中的应用

Application of comfortable nursing in the construction of soft-tissue defects with severe trauma in lower extremity by superficial peroneal artery perforator flap

目的:探讨舒适护理在腓浅动脉穿支皮瓣修复下肢严重创伤软组织缺损中的应用。方法:对20例腓浅动脉穿支皮瓣修复下肢软组织缺损患者进行术前、术后舒适护理,以减轻患者的生理、心理、社会的负担和影响。结果:所有患者无一例出现蒂部扭曲皮瓣缺血坏死、压疮、创面感染扩散等并发症。结论:舒适护理使腓浅动脉穿支皮瓣修复下肢软组织缺损患者在治疗过程中精神放松、心情愉悦,由被动接受治疗和护理转变为主动配合,提高了治疗依从性,减少了并发症的发生,体现了有针对性的对个体差异实施的"以人为本"的护理理念,提高了医疗和护理质量。

Objective To investigate comfortable nursing in the construction of soft-tissue defects with severe trauma in lower extremity by superficial peroneal artery perforator flap. Methods 20 patients with special disease were adopted preoperative and postoperative comfort care so as to relieve the patients of their burdens and impacts physically, mentally and socially. Results No complications such as ischemic necrosis due to pedicles twist, pressure ulcers or wounds＇ infection and pervasion occurred to these 20 patients. Conclusion Comfortable nursing makes patients who are in the construction of soft-tissue defects in lower extremity by superficial peroneal artery perforator flap in relaxed mood and positive attitude during treatment. This method changes the patients＇ passive tolerance of treatments to active cooperation, improving adherence of treatment and reducing the possibilities of complications. Meanwhile it exemplifies the ＂people-oriented＂ nursing concept targeted on individual differences,and improves the medical and nursing quality.
