摘要
连铸电磁搅拌作为保证连铸坯质量一个有效措施而得到了广泛应用,但其在使用中也存在着一些问题。本文介绍了电磁搅拌在大方坯和板坯连铸过程中存在的一些问题及解决措施。讨论了电磁搅拌在铸造过程中的搅拌方式,并对不同搅拌方式下钢液内部磁场和流场进行了分析,讨论了不同搅拌方式对铸模内部钢液的磁感应强度的影响,论证了电磁搅拌在大尺寸铸坯铸造过程中应用的可行性。
As an effective measure to ensure the billet quality in the continuous casting process,electromagnetic stirring( EMS) has been widely used,but there are some problems in the use of EMS. In this paper,some problems,in the use of electromagnetic stirring and solutions in the continuous casting of bloom and slab continuous casting,are introduced. The stirring modes of electromagnetic stirring in the casting process are discussed. The magnetic field and flow field of the steel liquid are analyzed by using the finite element method.The effects of stirring modes on magnetic flux density,electromagnetic force and steel flow velocity are discussed. The feasibility of electromagnetic stirring technology used in large size billet casting process is demonstrated.
