摘要
滚切式双边剪的剪刃间隙是影响剪切质量的重要因素之一。本文通过现场对低合金高强度钢的剪切试验,回归出最佳剪刃间隙与板厚之间的线性回归方程并使用MATLAB工具箱对方程进行优化,优化后的线性回归方程可以方便应用,缩短剪刃间隙调整时间,提高生产效率,减少剪切缺陷。
The knife-gap accuracy of rolling-cut bilateral shear is one of the key factors influencing the cutting quality. A linear regression equation for the relation between knife-gap and plate thickness is obtained and optimize,through the site of a high strength low alloy steel shear test,by using MATLAB Toolbox,after optimization,the linear regression equation can be conveniently used,reduce knife-gap adjustment time,improve production efficiency,reduce shearing defects.
