摘要
旋转支架是大型立式容器翻转机的重要部件,其强度直接影响整个设备的可靠性,使用有限元法可以精确地分析旋转支架的强度。介绍了旋转支架的结构,分析了其最危险工况,研究了有限元分析过程中建立模型、设置材料属性、划分网格、设置约束及载荷等方法,得到了旋转支架整体及其零部件的应力云图。通过对应力云图的分析,证明了大型立式容器翻转机的旋转支架的强度符合要求。
The rotating frame is an important part of large vertical vessel turning machine. Its strength affects the reliability of the entire equipment. Finite element method could be applied to analyze the strength of rotating frame. Structure of rotating frame was introduced; The most dangerous working condition was analyzed; Many process method were introduced,such as establishing model,setting material properties,setting load step,setting constraints; mesh generation etc. The stress nephograms of rotating frame and its parts were analyzed,the results show that the strength of rotating frame meet the requirements.
