摘要
为了提高RH炉喷补台车喷补质量及稳定性,通过实验研究了喷射压力和喷射距离对喷补效果的影响。根据试验结果,得到合适的喷补参数:喷射压力约0.6 MPa,喷射距离为0.3-0.5m。并将喷补台车的手控操作器由线控改为无线控制,运行可靠性得到了大幅提升。最终提高了真空槽使用率,延长了真空槽使用寿命,降低了生产及维护成本。
In order to improve gunning quality and stability of RH gunning vehicle,Effect of injection pressure and injection distance on gunning effect is studied through experimental. According to the results,the injection pressure is about 0. 6 MPa,injection distance is 0. 3 - 0. 5 m,which are appropriate parameter. Manual operation system of gunning vehicle is transformed by wire to wireless control. It is that improved significantly its running reliability,improved the vacuum chamber utilization rate,prolonged vacuum chamber life,reduced production and maintenance costs.
