摘要
研究了石膏对矿用充填胶固粉性能的影响,借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了胶凝材料的物相组成和微观结构。实验结果表明,4%掺量的石膏对粉煤灰基胶固粉的激发效果最好,该胶凝材料的3 d和28 d抗压强度相比未添加石膏的胶固粉分别提高了23.8%、25.2%。随着石膏掺量的增加,凝结时间随之增加。添加4%石膏后胶固粉的水化产物相比其他组明显增加。添加4%石膏的胶固粉的微观形貌更加密实。
Study gypsum effect on performance of mine filling (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis of microstructure. The experimental results show that the base glue powder,by means of X-ray diffraction the gelled material phase composition and gum 4% dosage of gypsum fly ash cement excitation effect best, the gelling material compared to the 3 d and 28 d compressive strength not add gypsum adhesive powder increased by 23.8% and 25.2% respectively. With the increase of dosage of gypsum, the setting time will increase. Glue powder after adding 4% gypsum hydration products than any other group increased significantly. Add 4% gypsum zlue powder more dense microstructure.
