摘要
以新庄孜矿保护层66109工作面为研究对象,针对开采过程中遇到的瓦斯治理问题,进行理论分析,提出了上、下向穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采、沿空留巷埋管瓦斯抽采、下向顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采的卸压瓦斯抽采技术方法。现场试验结果表明,结合卸压瓦斯抽采技术,9煤层保护层的开采有效地消除了8煤层煤与瓦斯突出危险性,实现了8煤层的安全高效开采。
Taking Xinzhuangzi coal mine protection layer 66109 working face as the research object, Theoretical analysis of gas treatment in the process of mining,upper and lower layer drill gas drainage, Gas drainage of buried pipe along gob side entry retaining and gas drainage and extraction under the condition of lower layer is put forward.Field test results show that,combining pressure relief gas drainage technology,the coal and gas outburst risk of 8 coal seam is eliminated effectively by the mining of 9 coal seam protection layer ,the mining of 8 coal seam becomes safety and efficient.
