摘要
在全面分析的基础上,设计了一种基于工控组态软件MCGS和RS-485总线的分布式断带抓捕器可视化监测系统,可以实现对布置于带式输送机现场的多台断带抓捕器状态、输送带速度的集中监测,并给出完善的状态异常报警处理机制。
On the basis of the overall analysis,designs a kind of visual distributed monitoring system of belt capture device based on MCGS and~ RS-485 bus,it can monitor intensively the status of belt capture devices distributing in different fields and the speed of the conveyor belt,and it also provides perfect alarm handling mechanism for statei abnormality.
