摘要
针对逢春煤矿原有风动式跑车防护装置设计不合理、效率低、安全性差导致运输事故时有发生的问题,结合逢春煤矿现场情况,建立力学模型,对该模型进行受力分析,研制出可将绞车下拉力转换为挡车装置提升力的新型压绳式绞车防护挡车装置。现场试验表明该装置可实现半自动化操作,工作效率大幅提升,运输事故发生率有所降低,具有一定的推广价值。
For Fengchun mine original pneumatic winch protective device poorly designed, low efficiency, poor security lead to transport accidents, with Fengchun mine site conditions, mechanical model, analysis the stress of model, designed a new rope-pressured winch protective device which can transform the winch's under tension to lifting force of the protective device. Test showed that the device can achieved semi-automatic operation, improved efficiency greatly, transport accidents has decreased, has some promotional value.
