摘要
为了进一步研究纵轴式掘进机截割性能,采用理论与计算机仿真分析的方法,以生产率、块煤率、截割头载荷大小与波动这些截割性能指标为研究对象,利用lsprepost后处理软件绘制了截割头载荷曲线图,深入研究截割头在不同转速与钻进速度下截割煤壁时,这2个参数对掘进机截割性能的影响。
In order to further study the cutting performance of the vertical axis roadheader, the size of the lump coal rate and the cutting head load with fluctuation were studied using the method of theory and computer simulation analysis. In the process of cutting wall the working parameters containing rotating speed and drilling speed were further researched to understand the impact on the cutting performance under different parameters. Variation curve of load on the cutting head was plotted with lsprepost.
