摘要
为了探究不同紫外诱变时间对白腐真菌酶活性大小的影响,以及酶活性与褐煤降解转化率的关系,通过不同紫外诱变时间0、20、40、80、120、160、200、250 s作用于白腐真菌,测得了Li P、Mn P、漆酶3种酶活性的变化。由此得出:提高白腐真菌降解酶系酶活性的紫外诱变的最佳时间为120 s,白腐真菌酶活性与褐煤降解率有着直接的线性关系。
The changes of LiP, MnP, Laccase enzyme activity was determined by UV mutagenesis of white rot fungus under different action time of 0, 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, 250 s to explore the effect of different UV mutagenesis time on the enzyme activity value of white rot fungus and the relationship between enzyme activity and the degradation rate of lignite. It could be seen that the best time of UV mutagenesis to improve enzyme activity of white rot fungus degrading enzyme system is 120 s and there is direct linear relationship between enzyme activity of white rot fungi and the degradation rate of lignite.
