摘要
本文研究石英砂、石灰石粉、聚丙烯纤维、可再分散乳胶粉和有机硅憎水剂等原材料对聚合物防水砂浆的强度和吸水率的影响。研究结果表明,改善石英砂的级配,适量掺入石灰石粉和聚丙烯纤维,可以提高砂浆的强度,降低砂浆的吸水率,可再分散乳胶粉和憎水剂会略微降低砂浆的强度,但会明显降低砂浆的吸水率。
Influence of quartz sand, limestone powder, polypropylene fiber, redispersible latex powder and silicone hydrophobic agent on the strength and water absorption rate of polymer modified cement mortars for waterproof is studied in this article. The results show that improving the gradation of quartz sand and adding limestone powder and polypropylene fiber with appropriate amount to mortars may increase the strength of mortar and decrease the water absorption rate of mortar. Redispersible latex powder and silicone hydrophobic agent can decrease the strength of mortar slightly, but decrease the water absorption rate of mortar obviously.
