摘要
采用水热强度法研究了陶瓷抛光砖粉作为辅助胶凝材料的水化活性,并采用XRD、SEM、EDS等测试方法研究了水热条件对水泥水化产物的物相组成和微观结构的影响,对抛光砖粉与粉煤灰和矿渣的水化活性进行了对比。结果表明:与20℃常温水养相比,50℃水热养护有利于激发抛光砖粉的火山灰活性,水泥水化产物类别及Ca/Si大小与常温水养条件下相似。50℃水热养护条件下,在水化早期,活性大小从高到低的顺序依次为:矿渣>抛光砖粉>粉煤灰;至水化后期,活性大小从高到低的顺序依次为:粉煤灰>抛光砖粉>矿渣。
Hydration activity of waste ceramical polishing powder (PP) as supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) was studied by hydrothermal strengthen method according to compare to fly ash and slag. Hydration product and microcosmic graph of cement added different SCMs were tested by XRD, SEM and EDS at hydrothermal conditions. Results show that hydration activity of PP is enhanced at 50℃ hydrothermal condition, compared to 20℃ water curing condition. Hydration product and Cs/Si of it at 50 ℃ hydrothermal condition is similar to that of 20℃ water curing condition. At early hydration process, hydration ability sequence from high to low is slag, PP and fly ash. At lately hydration process, hydration ability sequence from high to low is fly ash, PP and slag.
