The cytotoxicity of cationic liposomes

摘要 基因治疗中,基因载体起着关键作用。阳离子脂质体作为一种非病毒基因载体,在基因治疗中有着广阔的应用前景。阳离子脂质体的细胞毒性与类脂结构有关,按照头部结构的不同,阳离子脂质体有季铵盐类、胺类、氨基酸或多肽类、胍盐和杂环类等。本文主要介绍了头部结构为季铵盐类、胺类、氨基酸或多肽类的阳离子脂质体及不同的连接键和尾部导致的细胞毒性分析。 Gene delivery vectors play an important role in gene therapy. As a kind of non-viral vector, cationic liposomes have a broad prospect of application in gene therapy. Cationic liposomes' s cytotoxicity are connected with their adipoid structure. According to the different head structure, cationic liposomes can be divided into quaternary ammonium, amines, aminoacids or peptides, guanidiniums, heterocyclic etc. In this article, we have summarizesed the cytotoxicities of different head structure such as quaternary ammonium, amines, aminoacids, and deffirent linker and tail.
