摘要
GATA-4是转录因子GATA家族的成员之一,在心脏发育中发挥着不可缺少的作用,它可以应答心肌细胞的肥大刺激,激活抗凋亡蛋白的表达并促进细胞存活等。GATA-4在心脏发育中的调节机制一直是科学家们研究的热点。本文对GATA-4在心脏发育中的作用及机制进行了总结,并重点对GATA-4的磷酸化、乙酰化、甲基化以及苏素化等翻译后修饰及其表观遗传学机制等进行了综述。
GATA-4 is a member of the GATA family and plays the essential roles in heart development. GATA-4 is involved in cardiomyocyte hypertrophy, the activation of antiapoptotic proteins' expression, and in promoting cardiomyocyte survival, and so on. Mechanism of GATA-4 regulation in heart development has been the focus in the field. In this paper, we have summarized the role and mechanism of GATA-4 in heart development and expounded the post-translational modifications such as phosphorylation, acetylation, methylation and sumoylation post-translational modification and epigenetic regulation of GATA-4 particularly.
