高职《基因操作技术》教学方法的构建 被引量:4

摘要 《基因操作技术》是我院生物实验技术专业第四学期开设的课程。本文针对课程内容过于抽象,学生存在较严重的学习困难等问题,编写了相应的校企合作校本教材,并通过灵活应用传统与现代教学手段、巧妙设计学习任务、围绕企业典型岗位工作过程实施教学项目、开发部分双语教学内容和学生自主设计实验等方式,构建了一套适合于高职层次学生的教学方法与手段,既提高了课堂教学与学生学习效果,又培养了学生的职业素养,为企业所需的高端技能型人才培养奠定了基础。 Gene Manipulation is set for biological experiment technology specialty on the 4th semester inSuzhou Chien-shiung Institute of Technology. While most of students complain that the content is too abstract and difficult to study, the article introduce some teaching means suitable for higher vocational students which are summarized after several years of teaching, including compiling corresponding teaching materials based on institute-enterprise cooperation, flexibly combining traditional teaching methods with moderns, designing operation task skillfully, closely implementing teaching project around typical jobs, developing partially bilingual teaching content and choosing a project to be completed independently by students. All these methods accord with the study characteristics of higher-vocational students, improve the effect of teaching and learning, develop the students' professional quality, and the ultimate goal is to provide qualified high-end skilled personnel for the enterprise.
