老年高血压患者健康素养与药物治疗依从性的相关性分析

Study for the relationship between health literacy and medication compliance for elderly patients with hypertension

目的分析老年高血压患者健康素养及药物治疗依从性的相关性,为老年高血压疾病管理提供基础资料。方法采用便利抽样方法对吉林省延吉市60岁及以上被确诊为高血压病的425例患者,应用社会人口学特征问卷、高血压相关健康素养简易评价表及高血压药物治疗依从性量表进行问卷调查分析。结果延吉市老年高血压患者健康素养总得分为(94.61±58.17)分,有28.7%的研究对象健康素养缺乏,56.0%健康素养充足,老年高血压患者总体健康素养与总的药物治疗依从性(r=0.482,P<0.01)、服药依从性(r=0.277,P<0.01)、履约依从性(r=0.302,P<0.01)方面得分呈正相关。结论老年高血压患者健康素养水平越高,其药物治疗依从性越好。

Objective To analyze the relationship of effecting health literacy and medication compliance for elderly patients with hypertension,and to provide basic information for elderly hypertensive disease management.Methods425 elderly patients over 60 years diagnosed as hypertension in Yanji city of Jilin province was selected for the study applied social demographic characteristics questionnaire,hypertension-related health literacy simple evaluation form and hypertension medication compliance scale questionnaire.Results The over all score of health literacy for elderly hypertensive patient in Yanji city was（94.61±58.17）.28.7% of these subjects belong to lack of health literacy,56.0% of the study subjects belong to adequate health literacy.There was significantly positively correlated for health literacy in elderly hypertensive patients to drug treatment adherence（r=0.482,P〈0.01）,medication adherence（r=0.277,P〈0.01）,compliance adherence（r=0.302,P〈0.01）scores.Conclusion The higher the level of health literacy of elderly patients with hypertension,the better the drug treatment compliance.
