沿支气管解剖走向叩击排痰法对肺部感染防控效果的研究

Study for the effect of pulmonary infection prevention and control by beating expectoration along the bronchial anatomy

目的探讨沿支气管解剖走向叩击排痰法对肺部感染的防控效果。方法将100例自主排痰障碍的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,观察组采用沿支气管解剖走向叩击排痰法,对照组采用传统的叩背手法,比较两组的排痰效果、肺部并发症发生情况、每次叩背患者感受和护士操作耐受时间。结果两组患者在排痰效果、肺部感染是否加重、每次叩背后患者感受等方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用沿支气管解剖走向叩击排痰法对肺部感染的防控效果优于传统的叩背手法,同时增加了患者的舒适度,提高了护士的工作效率。

Objective To study the effect of pulmonary infection prevention and control by beating expectoration along the bronchial anatomy.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each.Patients in observation group was accepted beating expectoration along the bronchial anatomy,patients in control group was given the traditional way of knock back,Sputum drainage effect,pulmonary complications,patient felling,tolerance time were observed and compare between the two groups.Result The sputum effect,lung infection aggravating,patients feel after every knock at the back was significant difference between the two group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using along the bronchial anatomy to knock expectoration method for lung infection prevention and control is better than the traditional back percussion technique,and also increase the patients comfort and improve the working efficiency of the nurses.
