摘要
通孔泡沫金属一般具有较高的孔隙率,较大的比表面积,和较均匀的孔结构。通孔泡沫金属可应用于流体透过,强制对流散热,催化剂栽体和电磁屏蔽等许多领域。熔模法是制备通孔泡沫金属的一种重要方法。基于熔模铸造法,利用可溶石膏型,使金属液在压力下流入石膏型的缝隙中,凝固冷却除去石膏后得到通孔泡沫金属。本文综述了通孔泡沫金属的熔模法制备工艺及其结构特征的研究现状,提出了亟需解决的问题及以后的研究方向。
The open cell metal foams has high porosity,large specific surface area and more uniform pore structure. They can been applied in many fields such as fluid filtration,thermal convection, catalyst carrier and electromagnetic shielding. The investment casting is one of the important methods to manufacture metal foams. Based on investment casting of soluble plaster mold, the metal liquid flows into the gap of the soluble plaster mold under the pressure, and the foam metal is obtained after solidification and cooling. In this paper,the research status of the manufacture technology and the structure characteristics of the metal foams are reviewed, and the problems to be solved and the future research direction are put forward.
