摘要
为了探究工艺参数对切割质量的影响,采用CO_2激光切割2.5mm厚的2A12铝合金板材,在一定切割条件下,改变激光功率、切割速度和气体压力,找出了切割质量随工艺参数变化的规律。探究了激光功率、切割速度和氮气压力对激光切割2A12铝合金薄板切割质量的具体影响程度;针对切缝宽度拟合了效果很好的回归方程。研究发现,当工艺参数为激光功率2 200 W,切割速度1 800mm/min,氮气压力0.6 MPa时,切割质量最佳。
In order to explore the influence of process parameters on cutting quality,to use CO_2 laser cutting 2.5mm thickness of the 2A12 aluminum sheets;in a certain cutting conditions,changing the laser power,cutting speed and gas pressure to find the variation of the cutting quality with the process parameters.The influence of laser power,cutting speed and nitrogen pressure on the laser cutting quality of 2A12 aluminum alloy sheet was explored.The regression equation of kref width was fitting accurately.The study found that optimizing process parameters of better laser cutting quality with the laser power is 2 200 W,the cutting speed is 1 800mm/min,the nitrogen pressure is 0.6 MPa.
