摘要
应用Solid Works Flow Simulation软件对直口型、圆口型进料球阀的6个流体项目(0.5、0.75、1.00 kg/s直口型,0.5、0.75、1.00 kg/s圆口型)进行了CFD(计算流体力学)分析。研究结果表明:通过流体动力学仿真计算,获得了不同状态下的流场压力云图及速率云图;通过流线轨迹可直接观察到阀体内流体的运动状态;基于CFD分析结果,确定了适应实际需要的球阀及其内部的结构设计。
Six fluid projects(such as 0.5,0.75,1.00 kg/s right angle mouth or round mouth)from feeding ballvalve with right angle mouth or round mouth were analysed by CFD(computational fluid dynamics) fromSolid Works Flow Simulation software. The research results showed that the pressure contours and speed contours offluid in different conditions were obtained by simulating calculation of fluid dynamics. The fluid kinestate ofinternal ball valve could be directly observed by flow trajectories. The ball valve and its internal structure design,which could meet actual requirement,were determined by CFD's analysis results.
