摘要
以聚醚多元醇(N303)、碳酸钙、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)和其他助剂为A组分,多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯(聚合MDI)和单官能团异氰酸酯为B组分,制备无溶剂型双组分PU(聚氨酯)胶粘剂。研究结果表明:胶粘剂的反应速率、黏度、拉伸剪切强度和硬度随碳酸钙掺量增加而上升,但随DOP掺量增加而下降;N303掺量越多,胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度和硬度越大;当固化温度从23℃升至60℃时,凝胶时间由60 min缩短至18 min、初始强度形成时间由240 min缩短至30 min,这对施工工艺具有一定的指导意义。
With polyether polyol(N303),calcium carbonate,dioctyl phthalate(DOP)and other additives asA-component,polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate(polymerization MDI)and single functional group isocyanateas B-component,a two-component PU(polyurethane)adhesive without solvent was prepared. The research resultsshowed that the reaction speed,viscosity,tensile shear strength and hardness of adhesive were increased withincreasing calcium carbonate content,but were decreased with increasing DOP content. The tensile shear strengthand hardness of adhesive were increased with increasing N303 content. The gelation time was shortened from60 min to 18 min,and the initial strength development time was shortened from 240 min to 30 min when curingtemperature was increased from 23 ℃ to 60 ℃,it had a certain guiding significance in construction process.
