摘要
以植物多酚为淀粉接枝共聚物乳液的改性剂,制备了新型低成本的增黏抗潮剂,并探究了其对淀粉胶粘剂的增强作用。研究结果表明:当w(植物多酚)=30%(相对于单体总质量而言)时,淀粉胶粘剂的剥离强度(0.469 k N/m)相对最大;当w(增黏抗潮剂D3)=0.50%(相对于胶粘剂乳液质量而言)时,淀粉胶粘剂可达到商品胶的粘接效果,并且其抗潮性比商品胶提高了15%;以高岭土为填料,其对淀粉的替代量最高可达25%,从而明显降低了淀粉胶粘剂的成本。
With plant polyphenol as modifier of starch graft copolymer emulsion,a new low- cost tackfier-water- resistance was prepared,and its role in enhancing starch adhesive was discussed. The research resultsshowed that the starch adhesive had the relatively maximal peeling strength(0.469 k N/m)when mass fraction ofplant polyphenol was 30% in total monomers. The starch adhesive could reach bonding result of goods adhesive,and the water-resistance of the former was 15% more than that of the latter when mass fraction of tackfier-water-resistance D3 was 0.50% in adhesive emulsion. The kaolin as filler could obviously decrease the cost of starchadhesive because the maximal substitution amount of kaolin,which was used as substitution of starch,was 25%.
