摘要
介绍了高速钢冷处理的现状及深冷处理的影响因素和机理,并指出深冷处理当前存在的主要问题是效果不稳定。通过全面试验找出原因,使深冷处理的效果稳定可靠,可大幅提高高速钢工具的切削寿命。
The current situation of high speed steel cold treatment and the influence factors and mechanism of cryogenic treatment are introduced. The main problem existing in cryogenic treatment isthe unstable effect. If the reasons could be find out by comprehensive test,the cryogenic treatment effect would be stable and reliable,and then the cutting life of high- speed steel tools could be increased greatly.
