摘要
从直齿锥齿轮齿面的形成原理出发,对齿面的凹凸性进行分析,提出一种基于矢量的直齿锥齿轮齿面凹凸性判断方法。通过研究齿面上任意位置处的球面渐开线上所有点的切线的变化规律,间接反映直齿锥齿轮齿面的凹凸性。
Based on the generation principle of straight tooth bevel gear tooth surface,the concavity and convexity of tooth surface are analyzed. The concavity and convexity judgement method of straight bevel gear tooth surface based on vector is proposed. Through the study of spherical involute tooth surface at any location on all points of the tangent of the change law,the straight tooth bevel gear tooth surface concavity and convexity is indirectly reflected.
