摘要
针对零件长深内孔表面粗糙度加工要求,在现有设备条件下,从零件装夹、零件加工时刚性控制、镗刀杆的设计等方面,提出了保证零件内孔表面粗糙度要求的措施,实现了该零件内孔的加工;通过镗刀座的设计,对镗刀杆装夹方式进一步优化,使零件内孔表面粗糙度质量得到有效提升,同时提高了该零件的加工效率。
Aiming at the surface roughness machining requirements of components' deep bore,a new method is proposed in the present study. Under the condition of current equipment,the new method is implemented through components' fixture,rigid control during machining and boring cutting bar's design. The fixture method of boring cutting bar is significantly optimized by a new design of the boring cutting holder. The surface roughness of components' deep bore is notably reduced. Additionally,the machining efficiency is outstandingly improved.
