摘要
某型飞机航炮射击500发后,滑板与杠杆产生疲劳裂纹。通过对滑板工作原理和制造工艺的研究,运用数控铣技术,设计出一套新的滑板制造工艺。对由该工艺生产的产品进行试验,验证了新工艺的有效性,较好地解决了疲劳裂纹问题,对延长飞机航炮滑板使用寿命具有重要意义,获得了一种航空维修零备件制造中运用新工艺、新技术、新设备代替以往仿形铣加工的方法,为附件修理、制造提供了一种可行的方法。
Endurance cracks will emerge on the sliding plate and the lever,after 500 shots of aircraft guns. Having studied on the operating principle and the manufacturing technology of the sliding plate,we use numerical control milling technology and then create a new manufacturing process of sliding plate. The experiment of the products produced by using this technology proved this new technology is valid. It solved the endurance crack problem properly,which is of great significant to the elongation of the service life of the aircraft guns. This paper is to summarize the use of new manufacturing process,new technology and new equipment instead of the previous profiling milling manufacturing method in the field of aircraft spare parts manufacture,which provides a feasible method for the manufacture of the affixes.
