摘要
随着组织双元理论体系的拓展与人力资源管理理论的演进,战略人力资源管理(SHRM)与组织双元的关系逐渐受到学者们的关注。本文从结构观、情境观与动态观三个视角出发,对有关SHRM与组织双元关系的文献进行了梳理和述评,并从人力资本、员工动机、社会网络等方面对这三个视角的研究进行了较为系统的比较,最后在分析现有研究存在的主要问题的基础上,从四个方面提出了SHRM与组织双元关系的未来研究方向。
With the extension of organizational ambidexterity theory and the evolution of human resource management theory, many scholars gradually focus on the relationship be- tween strategic human resource management (SHRM) and organizational ambidexterity. Based on structure view, contextual view and dynamic view, this paper sorts out the literature of the relationship between SHRM and organizational ambidexterity, and systematically com- pares the studies in terms of human capital, employee motivations, and social networks.Final- ly,on the basis of the analysis of the main problems in the current research,it makes prospects for future research of the relationship between SHRM and organizational ambidexterity in four aspects.
