摘要
目的:对香椿嫩芽的抑菌作用进行研究,为新鲜香椿嫩芽的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用牛津小杯法和琼脂稀释法。结果:新鲜香椿嫩芽水提液对大肠埃希菌、产气肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌圈直径分别是11.2、11.3、11.4mm,最低抑菌浓度为12.5mg/ml;对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌抑菌圈直径分别是14.2、14.0、14.2mm,最低抑菌浓度为6.25mg/ml。结论:新鲜香椿嫩芽有一定的抑菌作用。
Objective To study the antimicrobial activity of Toona sinensis Roem. Method Oxford cup method and Agar dilution method. Results Toona sinensis Roem water extraction may have the effect on the growth of microorganism. The inhibition zone diame- ter of E. coli, E. aerogenes, P. aeruginosa is 11.2, 11.3, 11.4mm and the minimum inhibitory concentration against those is 12. 5 mg/ml. The inhibition zone diameter of S. aureus 、 S. epidermidis, C. albicans is 14. 2, 14. 0, 14. 2mm and the minimum inhibi- tory concentration against those is 6. 25mg/ml. Conclusion: Toona sinensis Roem has a good antimicrobial activity.
