摘要 [目的/意义]为精准捕捉突发事件演化涉及的相关概念、关系及约束,文章构建了突发事件演化知识表示模型,可以快速有效地辨识和理解突发事件的时空格局,对实现预警与应急联动双重效果有重大意义。[方法/过程]以突发事件演化为研究对象,从全局视角架构了面向突发事件应急决策的知识层次,梳理了演化中突发事件、演化过程、应急行动和应急决策等四层次知识视图,深入分析影响突发事件演化的输入模型、状态模型和演化模型,形成了完整的知识链。[结果/结论]架构了突发事件、演化过程、应急行动和应急决策完整的立体视图,进一步构建了适应突发事件演化的知识表示模型。[局限]非同一事件链的突发事件演化相关情景的知识表示模型未全面涉及。 [ Objective/significance ] In order to capture and understand the related concepts, relationships and constraints of emergency evolution, this paper constructs the model of knowledge representation for emergency evolution, which can identify and understand the temporal and spatial pattern of emergency, has a great significance of the realization of early warning and emergency response. [ Methods/process ] Taking emergency evolution as the research object, the paper constructs knowledge hierarchy for e- mergency decision-making from the overall perspective, combs the four-level knowledge view in the evolution, including emergen- cy, evolution process, emergency action and emergency decision-making, analyzes the input model, state model and evolution model of the impact on emergency evolution, and eventually forms the complete knowledge chain. [ Results/conclusion] The paper constructs a complete three-dimensional view of the emergency, evolution process, emergency action and emergency decision-mak- ing, and further builds the knowledge representation model for emergency evolution. [ Limitations ] The knowledge representation model for emergency evolution of the non same event chain is not comprehensively involved.
