摘要
采用“one-pot”方法合成了含有30%巯基和10%~70%氨基的双官能化SBA-15。以红外、X射线衍射等测试手段对合成产品进行了表征,考察了不同含量的氨基和巯基对合成产品吸附Cr(Ⅵ)性能的影响,探讨了氨基与巯基在吸附过程中发挥的作用。结果表明,当n(NH_2)∶n(SH)为2∶3时,合成的双官能化SBA-15对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能最佳,吸附量达到了49.94 mg/g;氨基的加入不仅促进了SBA-15对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附,还缩短了达到吸附平衡的时间。
A series of bifunctionalized SBA-15 containing 30%of thiol group and 10%to 70%of amino group have been synthesized by“one-pot” method and the synthesized product characterized by FT-IR,small angle X-ray diffraction (SAXRD) and other test facilities. The influences of amino group and thiol group with different contents on the adsorbing capacity of the synthesized product for Cr (Ⅵ) are investigated. The role played by thiol group and amino group in the course of adsorption is discussed. The results show that when n (NH2)∶n (SH) is 2∶3,the adsor-bing capacity of the synthesized bifunctionalized SBA-15 for Cr(Ⅵ)is the best,and its adsorbance reaches 49.94 mg/g. The addition of amino group can not only promote the adsorption capacity of SBA-15 for Cr(Ⅵ),but also shorten the time for reaching adsorption balance.
