摘要 提高有机缓蚀阻垢剂的生物降解性能,合成环保型缓蚀阻垢剂,对于保护生态具有重要意义。以次磷酸钠(SHP)、马来酸酐(MA)、尿素(UREA)为原料,水为溶剂,H_2O_2为引发剂,金属盐类为催化剂合成出低膦马来酸酐-尿素三元共聚物MA-SHP-UREA(PMASU)。应用紫外光谱和红外光谱表征了PMASU的分子结构,探讨了PMASU合成的最佳工艺条件,以及合成的PMASU的阻垢缓蚀性能和生物降解性能。该共聚物在10 mg/L的质量浓度下,阻垢率达92%以上,缓蚀率达81.3%,且具有良好的生物降解性能。 Improving the biodegradability of organic corrosion&scale inhibitor,and synthetizing environment-friendly corrosion and scale inhibitor is of important significance to the protection of ecology. The low phosphonic maleic an-hydride-urea terpolymer MA-SHP-UREA (PMASU) has been synthesized by using sodium hypophosphite (SHP), maleic anhydride(MA),and urea(UREA) as raw materials,water as solvent,H2O2 as initiator,and metallic salts as catalysts. The molecular structure of PMASU is characterized by UV spectra and IR spectra. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of PMASU,its corrosion and scale inhibiting capacity and biodegradability are discussed. When the mass concentration of this copolymer is 10 mg/L ,its scale inhibiting rate is higher than 92%,corrosion inhibiting rate reaches 81.3%,and has very good biodegradability.
