农村居民养老保险参保行为影响因素研究——以西部民族地区为例

Research on Effecting Factors of the Behavior of Rural Residents' Participation Insurance—— A Case Study of the Western Minority Areas

该文基于西部民族地区农村经济微观调查数据,分别从个人层面和家庭层面考察了影响西部民族地区农村居民参保行为的因素。在利用Probit和OLS等模型对影响西部民族地区农村居民参保行为的因素回归分析后,结果表明:(1)影响不同年龄段农村居民参保的因素存在一定的差异,显著影响年龄处于16至45岁农村居民参保行为的因素相对较多,而显著影响年龄处于45至60岁农村居民参保行为的因素则相对较少;(2)通过家庭层面的研究发现,家庭人口结构、家庭经济状况以及家庭资产拥有状况等对家庭参保行为均有显著影响。因此,对民族地区农村地区而言,应根据各个地区农村居民年龄结构合理设置缴费水平和缴费档次,通过促进居民家庭收入水平提高农村居民的参保率。

Based on micro investigation data of the rural economy in western minority areas and from the aspect of individual and family level, this paper empirically researched factors which affect the residents＇ behavior in participating in endowment insurance in the western minorty rural regions respectively. After using Probit and OLS model to test affecting factors on the behavior of rural residents＇ participation in endowment from the western minority regions with regression analysis. The results showed that ： （ 1 ） there were some differences as to the factors which affect rural residents＇ behavior in participating in endowment insurance. Factors that significantly affected whose age were from 16 to 45 years old were relatively more ,while factors that significantly affected whose age were from 45 to 60 years old were relatively small ; （2） through the study on the level of family, it found that family structure, family economic status, family assets （and so on） had a significant impact on families＇ behavior in participating in endowment insurance . Therefore, for rural areas in minority regions, it should set reasonable pay level and pay cost level according to its age structure and it also should promote household income levels to increase the rate of rural resident＇ s participation in endowment insurance.
