现代职教体系下高职师资队伍建设的诉求、问题与路径

Appeal,Problem and Route of the Construction of College Teaching Staff in Modern Vocational Education System

高职院校师资队伍建设除了要突出职教性、彰显高教性、凸显行业性,还要满足专业性、开放性、终身性、国际性等时代诉求。当前,我国高职院校师资队伍建设存在专任教师数量相对不足、教师社会服务能力不强、师资队伍结构失衡、培养培训体系不够完善等问题,需要从"培""训""管"三个维度出发,实现政府、企业、院校、教师四方联动,切实推进高职院校师资队伍建设。

The construction of higher vocational college teaching staff should emphasize the nature of vocation, higher education and industry. On the other hand, it should also meet the demands of era appeal like professionalism, openness, being lifelong and internationalism. Currently, there are some problems in the construction of higher vocational college teaching staff, such as a relative small number of professional teachers,weak social service ability of teachers, imbalance of teaching staff and imperfection of training system. Therefore,the interaction between governments, enterprises, colleges and teachers should be realized through a three-dimension of ＂cultivation, training and management＂ to promote the process of constructing higher vocational college teaching staff.
