摘要
中高职衔接是现代职业教育体系建设的重要内容。中高职衔接过程中,在人才培养目标、课程体系、教师合作、衔接管理等方面,仍然存在一些问题。这与中高职衔接过程中学生本位的缺失有一定的关系。基于学生本位的中高职衔接人才培养模式是从学生出发,在政府政策支持、行业企业积极参与下,突出学生主体地位和选择权利,即人才培养目标体现层次性、课程体系突出选择性、考核录取采取多元性、师资合作双边性,其具体实施路径包括:建立符合中高职衔接要求的制度体系、强化中高职合作组织建设、构建运作机制、形成以评价促管理的措施等。
The integration of secondary education and higher vocational education is the important content of modern vocational education system. There are still some problems in the process, such as the talents training target, the system of course, teachers' cooperation and management of cohesion, because of the lack of students' orientation. The integration of secondary education and higher vocational education based on the students 'orientation under the government policy supporting and industry enterprises participating gives students right to choose. It includes the pluralism of the talents training goal, the selective course system, assessment of the diversity and teachers' cooperation. The solutions include establishing the institutional system, constructing the cooperation organization, building operation mechanism, forming evaluated management, etc.
