摘要
本研究分别选取了本科大学、高职学院和民办高职学院各一所作为研究样本,从社会网络分析的视角对其内部权力层次状态图、集权程度、权力大小和决策角色进行分析。研究表明,本科大学治理结构复杂,整体上比较民主,党委会、党委书记和校长享有主要决策权,教学管理部门最重要,行政部门次之,教辅部门地位最低;高职学院最为集权,领导层掌握最多权力,行政部门权力最大,教学管理部门次之,教辅部门地位最低;民办高职学院决策最为民主,领导层成员掌握主要决策权,党委书记权力小于董事会和校长,教学管理部门权力最大,行政部门次之,教辅部门权力最小。
Hierarchical statecharts of power,degree of centralization,strength of power and decision-making roles were studied by social network analysis,with the undergraduate college of a university,a public vocational college and a private vocational college as cases. The findings are as follows. In the undergraduate college,the governance structure was complex: decision making was in general democratic,with the Party Committee,Party secretary and president as the major decision makers. Academic administration departments enjoyed the greatest power,followed in turn by executive departments and auxiliary departments. In the public vocational college,power was most centralized,held mostly by the leadership. Executive departments enjoyed the greatest power,followed in turn by academic administration departments and auxiliary departments. In the private vocational college,decision making was the most democratic: the leadership held the major decision-making power but the Party secretary was less powerful than the board and the president. As in the undergraduate university,academic administration departments enjoyed the greatest power,followed in turn by executive departments and auxiliary departments.
