摘要
瓜果产品的标准化生产过程涉及到几十项技术标准的制定和实施,其中最关键的标准是产品质量标准,它是整个生产过程实施和监控的目标。对于瓜果生产者而言,产品质量和安全的实现和提高,还需要建立以质量标准为目标的技术标准体系,并严格按标准体系组织生产,才能切实提高瓜果的优级率和商品率。但是不同标准化生产水平对于瓜果品质提高的影响程度,目前国内外尚无测量分析和实证研究。本文以新疆吐鲁番地区承担的国家级农业标准化生产示范项目为研究对象,2013年分别在非示范区、一般示范区、核心示范区采集了哈密瓜366个、吐鲁番葡萄431个样本,对3种标准化生产条件下哈密瓜和吐鲁番葡萄的品质进行实证比较分析,研究结果表明:核心示范区瓜果品质显著优于非示范区和一般示范区瓜果品质。
The standardized production process of melon and fruit products involves the formulation and implementation of dozens of technical standards.Among them,product quality standard is the most important.It is the target of the implementation and monitoring of the whole production process.To the melon and fruit producers,the technical standard system aiming at quality standards should be established to achieve and improve product quality and safety.Also,organize production strictly in accordance with standard system is the effective way to increase the ratio of superior grade and commodity rate.However,there is no related measurement analysis and empirical research at home and abroad about the degree to which different levels of standardized production affect improvement of melon and fruit quality.With the national agricultural standardized production demonstration project in Turpan District of Xinjiang as research objects,samples of 366 cantaloupes and 431 Turpan grapes in non-demonstration zone,general demonstration zone and core demonstration zone were collected in 2013 to make the empirical comparison of cantaloupe and Turpan grape quality under the condition of three kinds of standardized production.The results prove that melon and fruit quality in core demonstration zone is superior to that of non-demonstration zone and general demonstration zone.
