纤维增强树脂基复合材料高温力学性能评估方法综述

摘要 从高温力学性能测试和理论分析研究的角度对纤维增强树脂基复合材料高温力学性能评估方法进行了综述。力学性能测试方面,重点从力载荷加载方式、温度加载方式、变形测量方法和数据处理方法等方面对国内外复合材料高温力学性能测试方法进行了分析对比。在此基础上,本文从高温下材料分子结构变化、函数拟合、复合材料力学理论三方面对现有的复合材料温度—力学性能理论分析研究进行了论述。 In this paper, evaluation methods of high-temperature mechanical properties of fibre-reinforced polymer composites are reviewed, including high-temperature mechanical test methods and theoretical analysis. As for mechanical test, the analyses and comparison of various tests methods are presented, especially on high-temperature test apparatus, heating procedures, deformation measurements, and data processing methods. In addition, from the aspects of molecular structure, function fitting and composites mechanics, analytical methods of fibre-reinforced polymer composites high-temperature mechanical properties are suggested.
