在研制阶段早期,策划提出单机与系统可靠性试验互为补充的总体方案,推行第三方试验管控模式,保证了试验质量和效果,近十年多个型号的可靠性试验工程实践,有效促进了海军战术导弹整体可靠性水平的提高,值得推广应用。

Overall project of reliability test at unit and system level is recommended in the early development phase, and the third party test control mode which ensures the test purpose and quality is generalized. In the past decade, a lot of the reliability test engineering practice improved the reliability level of naval tactical missile; moreover, the experience is worth popularizing and applying.
