摘要
结合输变电工程环境影响评价的实际工作,总结了输变电工程环境影响评价中公众参与的现状和存在的问题,根据目前输变电工程环境影响评价工作要求的变化趋势,提出了完善公众参与的建议。
Based on the experience in environmental impact assessment（EIA） of power transmission and transformation pro- ject ,current situation and existing problems of public participation during the EIA of power transmission project was summa- rized in this paper. And according to the trends of demands on EIA of power transmission and transformation project, recom- mendations for improving public participation were also put forward.
