摘要
为了促进传质,以氧化石墨烯为硬模板对MCM-22分子筛的孔结构进行调整,水热合成具有微孔/介孔/大孔结构的MCM-22分子筛,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、IR、氮气吸脱附、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明:多级孔MCM-22分子筛中含有大量的非分子筛本身的40~260 nm孔径的介孔/大孔。然后,我们提出了一个简易的多级孔结构的形成机理模型。
In order to promote the mass transfer,we tailored pore architecture of MCM-22 zeolite by using graphene oxide( GO) as solid template in hydrothermal synthesis to obtain micro / meso / macropores. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),IR,N2adsorption-desorption,field-emission scanning electron microscopy( FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy( TEM). The result shows that there exists considerable exotic meso / macropores of 40-260 nm in diameter in hierarchical MCM-22 zeolite. Then,a digestible formation mechanism model for hierarchical structures was proposed.
