A Concept:Ethnic Social Arts Studies

任何人都是族群的人,族群总是有自己特性的社会内容,从"族群+社会"视角讨论艺术,是一个新的焦点关注与注意力分配的观念与方法。文章以社会学、人类学和艺术学的方法,对何谓"族群社会艺术学"进行剖析认为,族群社会艺术学是指深入族群社会内部空间,揭示艺术存在状态的学说。旨在以艺术为核心、以族群为边界、以社会为空间,全面深入揭示族群自身的艺术状貌、揭示人类艺术的共性、揭示人类共性的艺术。同时认为,族群社会艺术学也是一种认识"本土社会"或"族群社会"的艺术学说与方法。文章具体从"需要+方法 +思想+认识"这四个维度,结构性、系统化地讨论了族群社会艺术学的时空内涵,为消解族群艺术偏见、调控族群艺术多元阶层冲突、增强族群艺术生长合力提供认识论与方法论。总之,该研究是拓展艺术学术视野和建构中国特色艺术理论的尝试,具有学科创新与启示研究取向的价值。

Everybody belongs to an ethnic group which is of social content with its characteristics. Examining arts from the perspective of ＂ethnic ＋ society＂ is a new concept and method with new considerations and allocated attention and it＇s a new result of thinking. This paper, based on sociology, anthropology and arts studies, analyses the understanding of ＂ethnic social art studies＂, claiming that ＂ethnic social arts studies＂ means a study examining the inner space of an ethnic society in order to reveal the existing state of the arts. It is focused on arts, demarcated by ethnicity, spaced by society and aimed to reveal the art interpretation of an ethnic group, the similarity of human arts and the art of human universality. The Integrated Three - dimensional Structural Figure of Ethnic Social Arts Studies illustrates the inner structural connotation of ethnic social arts studies. Paper thinks that it is possible to quickly recognize the existing status of an ethnic art and to under-stand the universal characteristics of the arts reflected from the art status within an ethnic society, as long as the three points （ethnicity, society and art） and two fields （ethnic boundary and ethnic social space） are grasped. At the same time, this paper is threaded by four key words, namely ethnicity, society, art and arts studies so as to apply the perspective of ethnic society to discuss art and illustrate the importance and necessity of establishing ethnic social art studies. Taking ＂ethnic social inner space＂ and ＂art state of ethnic group＂ as entry points, paper structurally and systematically discusses the connotation of time - space of ethnic social arts studies from four dimensions （need ＋ method ＋ diea ＋ recognistion）, treating ethnic social arts studies as an art theory to understand ＂indigenous society＂ or ＂ethnic society＂ and providing epistemology and methodology of conciliating the conflicts between muhi -classes of ethnic arts and enhancing growing ability of ethnic arts. In a word, ethnic social arts studies researches the existence of arts in ethnic society and it includes ethnic arts studies and other non- folk art theories such as religion. It is comprehensively concerned with the wholeness of the arts within the ethnic society and its core is to examine all arts from the perspective of society. This research is an experiment to extend the horizon of art academic studies and to construct art theory with Chinese characteristics so that it is of the value in disciplinary innovation and research direction instruction.
