摘要
内蒙古某大型钼选矿厂生产的钼精矿中含pb超标(平均含Pb为2%左右),试验研究的目的就是寻找一种切实可行的方法将钼精矿中的Pb含量降低至0.2%以内。试验从工艺矿物学研究入手,结合现场的生产流程,对Pb的来源、赋存状态进行了分析,在此基础上通过对流程和药剂制度进行优化,分别采用现有流程和优化后的流程进行了闭路对比试验,试验的结果表明:通过优化后的流程和药剂制度对降低钼精矿中的Pb含量有显著效果,可以给同类矿山提供借鉴。
Pb containing molybdenum concentrate in Inner Mongolia a large molybdenum concentrator in the production is over standard( average Pb containing 2% or so). The aim of this pilot study is to find a feasible method to reduce the Pb content in molybdenum concentrate to less than 0. 2%. Starting from the process mineralogy, combined with on-site production process, the sources, occurrence state of Pb were analyzed. On the basis, the process and reagent system were optimized, respectively using the existing process and optimization process after closed contrast tests. The results show that:the Pb content in molybdenum concentrate can be reduced by optimizing the process and reagent system ,which can provide reference for similar mines.
