摘要
就教师的成长而言,既需要言传知识的引领,更需要意会知识做腾飞的翅膀。有些教师尽管没有经过师范专业的正规培训却成为了教师队伍中的佼佼者,其中一个重要因素是他们的意会认知能力很强,能够通过直觉思维、精细的觉察和实践探索感悟到教学的精髓。教师在职前职后的各种培训中,要善于领悟别人的教育智慧,在行动研究中不断反思,把言传知识与意会认知有机地整合,创造出自己独有的经验。
Teacher growth requires guidance on explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Some teachers become outstanding teachers even though they do not receive normal professional training. An important factor is their strong tacit cognition ability,which can explore and perceive the essence of teaching through intuitive thought,careful awareness and practice. Teachers should comprehend the educational wisdom of others in various training before career and post- job training,reflect constantly in the action research,integrate organically the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,and create their own unique experience.
