德国二元职教对我国商务英语人才培养的启示

加快推进现代职业教育是我国地方高校转型发展的一项紧迫任务,但就目前地方性院校的办学模式和师资水平来看,要达到真正意义上的应用技术型转变还存在一定差距。商务英语是适应全球经济一体化而设置的一个相对年轻的专业,近年来在地方性院校中发展迅速,但普遍存在趋同和资源短缺问题。德国二元职业教育模式为我国商务英语人才培养提供了经验借鉴,走内涵发展、去同质化和凸显地方特色是地方性院校商务英语转型发展的主要目标。

Speeding up the development of modern vocational education is an urgent mission to our local colleges now. Considering the school- running patterns and teachers＇ level,most local colleges have a certain distance in changing to real application technology- based universities. Business English is a relatively new major in our country which was set up in order to adapt the global economic integration and is developing very fast in recent years in local colleges. However,homogeny and resource shortage are common phenomena in them. German experience of binary vocational education mode provides experience reference for Business English of China. Adopting connotative development,de- homogenization and sticking out local color are the orientation of Business English of local colleges in their transformation period.
